2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Service under applicable law.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mental Reps.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your use of Mental Reps may be subject to the permission or supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
If you use Mental Reps on behalf of a team, school, club, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority necessary to do so and are responsible for complying with requirements applicable to that organization and its athletes.
3. Accounts
Certain features require a Mental Reps account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Use only accounts you are authorized to access
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
- Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your role or identity
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, another team, Coach functionality, administrative functionality, or other restricted portions of the Service.
4. Athlete Accounts
Athlete accounts provide access to personal Mental Reps functionality.
Athletes are responsible for the content they choose to enter into the Service and for deciding how they apply information provided through Mental Reps.
Mental Reps is intended to encourage athlete ownership. Team Focuses and Coach Suggestions may provide guidance, but they do not automatically replace an athlete's personal Focus or decision-making.
Joining a team may make certain limited participation information available to an authorized coach as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Coach Accounts and Coach Mode
Certain features are available to authorized Coach accounts.
Coach access may require approval before Coach Mode becomes available.
Coaches may use supported features to:
- Create or manage a team
- Invite athletes to a team
- View team membership
- View limited participation or completion information
- Set Team Focuses
- Provide individual Coach Suggestions for an athlete's development or a particular session
- Use other Coach functionality made available through the Service
Coach Mode does not provide unrestricted access to athlete accounts or private athlete-written content.
Coaches agree to use information available through Mental Reps appropriately and only for legitimate team and athlete-development purposes.
Coaches may not use Mental Reps to harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or otherwise harm athletes.
A Coach Suggestion or Team Focus represents content provided by the coach. Mental Reps does not independently verify or endorse coaching instructions entered by users.
6. Teams and Team Membership
Athletes may join teams using supported invitation methods, including team codes or invitation links.
You may only use team invitations and codes for legitimate participation in the applicable team.
You may not:
- Attempt to join a team without authorization
- Share team access information for abusive or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to access another team's information
- Manipulate team membership or completion information
- Circumvent team access restrictions
Athletes may be able to leave a team, and authorized coaches may be able to remove athletes from their team.
Leaving or being removed from a team does not necessarily delete an athlete's personal Mental Reps account or personal history.
7. User Content
You may submit or create content through Mental Reps, including Focus entries, cues, reflections, Goals, Standards, Vision entries, Coach Suggestions, Team Focuses, feedback, and other information ("User Content").
You retain ownership of User Content that you create.
By submitting User Content to Mental Reps, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the Service and its features.
